Liberty Leadership Institute
Liberty Leadership Institute is a time-tested and Biblical approach to training men for leadership in the home, in the church and in society. Our philosophy of ministry is built on the apostle Paul's command to Timothy to train faithful men who will in turn be able to teach others also (2 Tim.2.1). As a division of Whitefield Theological Seminary, we reward our scholars with earned degrees as a Master of Arts or a Doctorate of Arts. We believe God has entrusted the training of leaders to the local church because the environment of the church provides key ingredients for effective leadership training.

Additionally, he is training leaders who understand that most important leadership principle of all: he that desires to be great must be the servant of all. In a word, Dr. Vaughan and his staff are committed to the Servant-Leadership model so well exemplified in the life of Christ himself. In an age of radical individualism and perverse morality, nothing less will do. It is all or nothing. And we ask our students to count the cost of being a genuine leader. Self-immolation is hardly a popular doctrine, especially in our luxuriant and self-indulgent age. Yet the fact is, true leadership requires self-sacrifice of the highest order.
