If ever there was a time for a change of leadership it is now.
Our society has been racked by White House scandals, clergy malpractice and corporate fraud. The Old Guard has failed; it is time for the New Guard. LLI is committed to the multi-generational task of developing world-class leaders: a New Guard of leadership that is rooted in the historic and traditional virtues of the Christian West. Armed with the intellectual heritage of the Great Tradition, Dr. Vaughan is training leaders who will labor to rebuild the home, reform the church and renew the culture according to a distinctively Christian pattern.

Additionally, he is training leaders who understand that most important leadership principle of all: he that desires to be great must be the servant of all. In a word, Dr. Vaughan and his staff are committed to the Servant-Leadership model so well exemplified in the life of Christ himself. In an age of radical individualism and perverse morality, nothing less will do. It is all or nothing. And we ask our students to count the cost of being a genuine leader. Self-immolation is hardly a popular doctrine, especially in our luxuriant and self-indulgent age. Yet the fact is, true leadership requires self-sacrifice of the highest order.
